Ownership
Apartments at the Charm Residence are available for FOREIGN FREEHOLD ownership or on a LEASEHOLD basis.

Foreigners can buy freehold condominiums, giving them full ownership rights including the right to sell or lease the property. Freehold is a simple and easy way to own apartments in Thailand.

Leasehold means that the buyer is leasing the property from the landowner for a pre-determined period of time, valid up to 30 years. At the end of each term, both parties simply register the renewal with the Land Department and pay government fees, including stamp duty.
